Practical Matters
How do I book classes?
Email susansteph@gmail.com or phone 01722 413633. I will send you a health form and payment details or a zoom link to enter the on-line classes.
What is the cost of classes?
Yoga and Yoga Nidra: £12 per class payable termly in advance (terms are 11-15 weeks). Concessions available for those not working/ on reduced income – please contact me for details.
Workshops for cancer patients are by donation at Cancer Support Salisbury.
Meditation: £6 per class payable termly in advance.
Yoga Philosophy Courses: £90 for a six week course; £150 for a ten week course.
Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs: £220 for the 12 week programme; £80 for the 6 week revision course.
Private Classes: £45 per hour.

What should I wear?
Yoga is practised in bare feet and non-restrictive, close-fitting clothing. Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt are ideal. Yoga Nidra is practised in bare feet or socks and loose comfortable clothing. A warm top is advisable for relaxation.
What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat, yoga blocks, a belt and a blanket are used for postural Yoga classes. Blankets and blocks are useful for Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
Can I eat before class?
It is advisable not to eat for at least two hours before a yoga class and not to eat for an hour before a yoga nidra class.
What if I have a medical condition?
You should discuss any medical conditions with Susan before your first class.
