How do I book classes?

Email susansteph@gmail.com or phone 01722 413633. I will send you a health form, payment details and a zoom link to enter the class or details for face to face classes.

What is the cost of classes?

Online Yoga: £8.00 per class, payable termly in advance (terms are 10-15 weeks). Concessions available for those not working/ on reduced income.
Face to face Classes: £10 per class. payable termly in advance (terms are 10-15 weeks).
Online Experienced Workshops: £12.

Yoga Nidra: £8.00 per class, payable termly in advance (terms are 10-15 weeks). Concessions available for those not working/on reduced income.

Meditation Class: free to all during the current pandemic.

Yoga Philosophy Courses: £84 per course.

Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs: £210 for the 12 week programme.

Private Classes: £40 per hour.

Where are the classes held?

During the current lockdown online classes are held via zoom; face to face classes are held at the Karma Centre, 48 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, SP1, IBG.

What should I wear?

Yoga is practised in bare feet and non-restrictive, close-fitting clothing. Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt are ideal. Yoga Nidra is practised in bare feet or socks and loose comfortable clothing. A warm top is advisable for relaxation.

What equipment do I need?

A yoga mat, yoga blocks, a belt and a blanket are used for postural Yoga classes. Blankets and blocks are useful for Yoga Nidra and Meditation. I have spare equipment which can be loaned out for personal use during the lockdown. Please email me or give me a call to arrange collection.

Can I eat before class?

It is advisable not to eat for at least two hours before a yoga class and not to eat for an hour before a yoga nidra class. Please do not drink during the class.

What if I have a medical condition?

You should discuss any medical conditions with Susan before your first class.
