What should I wear?
Yoga is practised in bare feet and non-restrictive, close-fitting clothing. Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt are ideal. Yoga Nidra is practised in bare feet or socks and loose comfortable clothing. It is advisable to bring a warm top with you.
What equipment do I need?
If you have a yoga mat and blanket, bring them with you. However, if you do not have your own, you can borrow these and other props to begin with.
What is the cost of classes?
Yoga: £10.00 per class, payable termly in advance (terms are 10-15 weeks).
Intermediate Workshops: £14.
Yoga Nidra: £10.00 per class, payable termly in advance (terms are 10-15 weeks).
Yoga Philosophy Courses: £84 per course.
Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs: £220 for the 12 week programme.
Can I eat before class?
It is advisable not to eat for at least two hours before a yoga class and not to eat for an hour before a yoga nidra class. Please do not bring drinks into class with you.
